Vision Statement
Mission
Sakapfet Boston, founded by Jean Luc Juste, is deeply committed to empowering Haitian and Caribbean communities in the diaspora by offering a robust platform to uplift and support businesses, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Our mission is to foster a strong sense of cultural pride, create economic and social opportunities, and enhance visibility for Haitian and Caribbean talents across the United States and beyond. We seek to create a supportive ecosystem where cultural heritage is celebrated, business growth is encouraged, and connections are cultivated. Through our programs, events, and digital outreach, we’re driven to not only bring awareness to the achievements of these communities but also inspire future generations to take pride in their heritage and pursue success. By serving as a bridge between Haitian and Caribbean enterprises and their audiences, we work to amplify the collective voice of the diaspora, ensuring that their contributions to society are recognized and valued.
Goal
Our goal at Sakapfet Boston is to build a lasting legacy of unity and strength within the Haitian and Caribbean diaspora. We aim to increase economic self-sufficiency and growth for community members by providing valuable resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship. Additionally, we seek to host events and platforms that highlight and celebrate the achievements of Haitian and Caribbean entrepreneurs, artists, and leaders, inspiring pride and motivation within the community. By promoting visibility, fostering collaboration, and empowering entrepreneurs, we strive to solidify our role as a pillar for growth, cultural preservation, and social impact, ensuring that the voices of our communities are heard and respected on a global stage.
